A Tender / Bid Co-ordinator is required for a small consultancy who are continuing to win new business and are set to expand.
This is a key role in supporting the Directors with all of the contractual documentation relating to the tenders and bids they are working on.
The Tender / Bid Co-ordinator will support the Directors at every stage of the Tender and Bid process, which will include:
- Managing the administration relating to the current bids and tenders pipeline
- Collating and organising all of the documentation and contracts within the agreed timescales
- Planning ahead to assist with an efficient pipeline of opportunities
- Editing and proof reading documentation and contractual agreements
- Providing administrative support to the Directors
My client are looking for a Tender / Bid Co-ordinator who has experience of working within a similar role. You will have a good understanding of the Tender / Bid process or be familiar with contractual documentation. A highly organised and accurate approach is essential for this role to support the Directors with the Tender / Bid pipeline.
You will have excellent MS Office and accurate proof-reading skills.
My client are flexible with regards to a hybrid role, with a mixture of working remotely or working in the office. The office will be within the Southampton area and the successful candidate will live within a commuting distance of the office.
The salary advertised covers a broad range as my client could accommodate someone with less experience and the potential to develop the role or someone with more experience.
