Trainee Accounts Administrator
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive accounts team where you will be involved with a variety of administrative and financial duties.
You may have recently finished college or school and be looking to start a career within accounts and / or administration or you may be looking to learn new skills.
My client are looking for someone who is keen to learn, who has excellent attention to detail and the confidence to liaise with different departments across the business as well as customers and suppliers.
This is a full time role, based in the office, where you will be involved with the following duties:
- Editing spreadsheets
- Data entry
- Manipulating data
- Registering products and matching up pricing information
- Following processes
- Reconciling financial information
- Updating prices
- Taking payments
- Filing invoices and relevant documentation
- Answering phone calls and emails
Working in a small and friendly accounts team, you will be involved with a variety of financial administration duties to assist the team.
This Accounts Administrator role will involve using MS Office including Excel and Outlook as well as in-house databases. My client are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and who is keen to work with financial and numerical information.
