Website Administrator – £20k to £24k – Winchester

My client are recruiting for a Website Administrator, you will be using Photoshop to edit and post photos of products and upload them to the website. You will also be involved in writing product descriptions, using social media for marketing purposes as well as data entry including processing website customer orders.  

Using administration and some marketing skills, you will be helping out the Website team who look after their customers who purchase products online.  

This is a key area of the business and requires someone who enjoys prioritising a busy workload and answering a wide range of customer queries.

The website administrator role includes:

  • Editing and posting photos of products using Photoshop
  • Writing product descriptions and uploading them on to the company website 
  • Processing orders and sales through the website
  • Answering queries in relation to delivery dates, stock availability and tracking numbers
  • Liaising with the warehouse and confirming deliveries
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Liaising with the sales team, suppliers and manufacturers

My client are looking for an administrator who has used photoshop to edit and upload photos, who is interested in marketing and increasing brand awareness through social media.  You will also be customer focused and be able to prioritise your workload to ensure that the orders are processed promptly and efficiently.

You will have excellent attention to detail and bring a positive and can-do attitude to the role.  Engaging with customers and ensuring that any queries or requests are actioned quickly will be key to your success in this position.

Working from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.  The company also offer 20 days holiday (increasing with service) plus 8 bank holidays, a pension scheme, staff discount and free onsite parking.
