Office Assistant – Winchester – 18k to 20k (DOE)

A busy and successful company are recruiting for an office assistant to support the accounts team with their day to day administrative duties.  This is a varied and diverse role and you will become a key member of the team.

The office assistant role includes:

  • processing sales ledger and cash transactions
  • updating customer information
  • handling internal and external account-related queries
  • assisting with the Month End Close procedures
  • data entry and filing
  • liaising with clients and suppliers on the telephone and via email
  • other adhoc administrative duties

My client are looking for a reliable and accurate administrator who enjoys working in a busy role.  You will have excellent communication skills and be willing and flexible to assist the team and other departments with administrative support.

My client are based near Winchester in a rural location, your own transport is essential and free parking is provided.
