A busy and successful company are recruiting for an office assistant to support the accounts team with their day to day administrative duties. This is a varied and diverse role and you will become a key member of the team.
The office assistant role includes:
- processing sales ledger and cash transactions
- updating customer information
- handling internal and external account-related queries
- assisting with the Month End Close procedures
- data entry and filing
- liaising with clients and suppliers on the telephone and via email
- other adhoc administrative duties
My client are looking for a reliable and accurate administrator who enjoys working in a busy role. You will have excellent communication skills and be willing and flexible to assist the team and other departments with administrative support.
