This is a busy and involving role to assist the office and workshop with day to day administration support.
A varied position within the business, you will become the ‘go to’ person for their customers and the team.
The role involves:
- Answering the telephone
- Liaising with customers face to face
- Arranging appointments for the Workshop
- Invoicing and taking payments
- Assisting with organising collections and deliveries
- Updating the database with customer and payment details
- Warranty administration and other adhoc duties
My client are looking for previous administration experience, a good telephone manner and excellent attention to detail. You will enjoy having a varied role which is focused on delivering a high level of customer service.
The ideal hours are 9.30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. The salary advertised is the full time salary and would be pro rata for the part time hours. Your own transport is required for this role and free parking is provided.
My client offer 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays, however there could be an option for some additional unpaid leave during certain times of the year for the right person.
