For this E-Commerce Customer Service role you must have an understanding of using Amazon or eBay to create listings and sell products, this could be at home or at work.
This E-Commerce Customer Service role is an exciting and rewarding position, you will join a forward thinking, fun and innovative team and have the opportunity to join an expanding business. My client are looking for someone who is ambitious and keen to drive this side of the business forwards.
The role involves managing the day to day operations of their Amazon /eBay store including:
- dealing with customer orders,
- helping the warehouse to process the orders and get them out on time,
- answering the telephone,
- responding to customer enquiries,
- calling customers to offer replacements,
- processing refunds.
The company will provide training on the stock management system, you will also use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
My client is looking for someone ambitious and self-motivated to join a successful business and be a key part of the team. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
My client offers free parking, their office hours are Monday to Friday, with overtime available at weekends in their busy season.
