- Dealing with email and telephone enquiries with regards to products, online sales and customer enquiries
- Processing orders, verifying customer and client information, setting up online details
- Liaising with the warehouse team with regards to products, orders and deliveries
- Being a point of contact for the company’s clients and customers and responding to enquiries in an efficient and proactive manner
