Are you available to start a temp to permanent role as a Warehouse Manager? You will have experience as a Warehouse Manager / Supervisor and have a hands on approach where you will lead by example.
Our client, based near Wimborne are looking for a self-motivated Warehouse Manager to work with and manage a small team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Warehouse, overseeing and making improvements to the picking and packing area to make this more efficient. You will be managing rotas, stock control and the day to day running of a busy warehouse.
You must have proven knowledge and experience of working as a Warehouse Manager / Supervisor and you will be a key member of the team to improve and enhance processes and stock control within the business.
In the middle of their peak season, this is an exciting and busy time to join the company, so you will need to be resilient, flexible and able to hit the ground running. The role will include all aspects of Warehouse Management, stock control, overseeing and implementing processes to ensure that deliveries and customer orders are maximised.

You will have strong communication skills and good computer knowledge, ideally including stock management software. Training will be provided, although an inquisitive and proactive mindset is key for this role.
