My client are based on the outskirts of Petersfield and they are recruiting for a Retail Administrator to join their busy team. This position could be a full time role or there may be flexibility to consider part time for the right candidate.
The position will involve serving customers on a face to face basis as well as on the telephone and online. You will be selling products, organising deliveries, responding to enquiries and being proactive to deliver excellent levels of customer service.
This Retail focussed role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers and ensure that they are happy with the products and service they receive.
You will be dealing with customer enquiries both face to face and on the telephone, ordering products, liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries and stock. You will also manage the online orders, including organising deliveries and payment.
You will be liaising on the telephone, on email and using various databases and online packages.

The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm plus overtime at weekends. My client are offering free parking, a basic salary plus overtime. You will need your own transport.
