My client based in Wimborne are looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Person to join a busy and successful team. You will be involved with every aspect of the customer service process, including listing products, dealing with customers, liaising with the warehouse regarding stock, deliveries and organising refunds.
The company will provide training, however they do require you to have experience and a good knowledge of using Amazon and / or eBay for selling and listing products.
My client is looking for someone ambitious and self-motivated to join a successful business and be a key part of the team. The company provide free parking and 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
