Our client, based near Wimborne are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Warehouse Manager to join their expanding team.
You must have proven knowledge and experience of working as a Warehouse Manager where you have been proactive to improve stock control and processes in the warehouse. Managing a small number of warehouse staff, you will be a key member of the team to improve and enhance processes and stock control within the business. Heading in to the peak season, this is an exciting and busy time to join the company, so you will need to be resiliant, flexible and able to hit the ground running. The role will include all aspects of Warehouse Management, stock control, overseeing and implementing processes to ensure that deliveries and customer orders are maximised.
This is an excellent position for someone wanting to join a successful business and strive to continue moving the company forwards. There is scope to grow and develop the role as the business goes from strength to strength.
You will have strong communication skills and good computer knowledge, ideally including stock management software. Training will be provided, although an inquisitive and proactive mindset is key for this role.
The company offer onsite parking, there is also the opportunity for overtime during the peak season, including evenings and weekends.
