My client are recruiting for a varied and busy role involving serving customers and dealing with retail sales as well as processing internet orders and stock administration. This Retail Sales / Customer Service role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers and ensure that they are happy with the products and service they receive.
You will be dealing with customer enquiries both face to face and on the telephone, ordering products, liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries and stock. You will also manage the online orders, including organising deliveries and payment.
You will be liaising on the telephone, on email and using various databases and online packages.
