My client are recruiting for a Retail / Administrator to assist the business in a busy and rewarding role.
You will meeting and greeting customers onsite at their retail premises as well as picking and packing orders and updating the stock database.
This a full time positon, based in the office, where there is also a retail space for visiting customers. My client are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills as well as good attention to detail to follow certain processes regarding customer orders.
You will also support the team with picking and packing orders which have been placed online and completing the relevant administration on the database.
Working in a friendly team, this is a key role where you will have a variety of responsibilities as well as being a strong team player to help out your colleagues with other adhoc duties.
The day to day duties for this Retail / Administrator role include:
- Serving customers, liaising both on the telephone and face to face
- Processing customer orders, taking payments and updating the database
- Picking, packing and processing online orders and preparing the items for dispatch
- Assisting the team with other adhoc duties
- Some heavy lifting
A full driving license and your own transport are required for this position as they company are based on the outskirts of Winchester, where free parking is offered. The company also offer 20 days holiday, rising with sercvice, plus 8 bank holidays, a pension and staff discount. The salary offered includes overtime for 2 x Saturday mornings a month. The hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
