Looking for a customer focussed sales position where you will assist customers in choosing the right product? An award winning family run business are recruiting for a new member of their team. You will be involved with every aspect of the sales process, including:
* Meeting and greeting customers who come in to the retail premises
* Assisting customers with choosing the best product
* Demonstrating products and answering customer questions about the various items available
* Liaising with suppliers and ordering stock to be delivered
* Preparing quotes, invoices and warranty details
* Delivering products to customer locations
As Sales Advisor you will be learning about the different products available and liaising with a variety of customers on the telephone and face to face. The role requires a passion for customer service and excellent attention to detail. There will be some heavy lifting involved. Any interest in machinery or mechanical equipment would be an advantage, however training will be provided.
The hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with 2 x Saturdays a month. Your own transport and driving license are essential for the role.
