Sales Administrator – Andover – £21k to £24k (DOE)

My client is recruiting for a resourceful and proactive Sales Administrator to join this SME that trades internationally. The Sales Administrator is a key point of contact between the company’s customers and suppliers, you will administer and manage the sales process from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.

The Sales Administrator position requires excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills to log the data and information on each enquiry, to process the orders and invoices and ensure that each order is fulfilled efficiently. You will have excellent communication skills to liaise with the customers, suppliers and carriers to organise delivery and international shipments.

Along with strong administration and office experience, you will be accurate in your approach with excellent attention to detail. You will be numerate to confidently calculate prices, margins and to negotiate with customers and suppliers.

The Sales Administrator role requires a sense of urgency and an ability to prioritise and organise a busy workload. Any experience using a sales-based software or CRM would be an advantage, although this is not essential as training will be provided.
