Delivery Administrator – Winchester – £19k to £21k (DOE)

A highly reputable local company are recruiting for a Delivery Administrator to look after all of their stock deliveries to the warehouse.

A varied and interesting role, where you will be involved with both administrative and warehouse duties.

Accepting and processing all goods-in deliveries, you will be the key person to distribute and store all of the incoming stock.

Updating all of the delivery notes on the company database you will be keeping an accurate record of all of the stock arriving in to the warehouse.

As Delivery Administrator, you will be involved with the following duties:

  • Receiving and processing multiple deliveries a day
  • Processing all of the paperwork accurately
  • Ensuring that the warehouse is kept tidy and that all of the stock is stored accurately
  • Assisting the Pre-Delivery Inspection Operations during quieter times and assisting with stock checks
  • Supporting the Warehouse Manager with developing warehouse processes and operations

For this Delivery Administrator role, you will be organised and enjoy handling a busy workload. Administration, warehouse or stock related experience would be ideal, or you may be looking to transfer your organisational skills to join a busy team in a key role. This position does include some heavy lifting.

The company are based on the outskirts of Winchester and you will need your own transport. The hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
