Working in a small and friendly accounts department, this Administrator role will be a key support to the team.
The role includes:
- Data processing
- Issuing customer letters and invoices
- Updating payment data
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Handling internal and external account-related queries by email and telephone
- Adhoc office duties
My client is looking for a methodical and process orientated administrator who is confident dealing with numbers and money. You will have good excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
The department liaise with a lot of different internal and external contacts, including customers and suppliers on the telephone and via email. A confident telephone manner and accurate email skills are essential for this role.
The department are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable to be able to support the team with other office duties.
The role is working from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Based on the outskirts of Winchester, you will need your own transport and free parking is provided on site.
