Successful and growing client are recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join this well established business with a proven track record.
Based on the outskirts of Basingstoke they are looking for a self-motivated Warehouse Manager to work with and manage a small to medium team of both permanent and temporary staff. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Warehouse as well as overseeing and making improvements to this key function of the business.
This role will include all aspects of Warehouse Management including:
- managing a high volume of orders and deliveries
- overseeing and implementing processes
- managing KPIs and productivity
- organising staff rotas and shift patterns
- involvement with recruitment, training and appraising staff
- liaising with other departments
- Health and Safety compliance
As an expanding business, my client require a self-motivated and hands on Warehouse Manager who has proven experience of introducing and overseeing improvements to the warehouse function. You will have a strong history of managing a warehouse team and be able to motivate and communicate effectively.
