My client are recruiting for a varied and busy assistant to support a key department within the business. You will be dealing with online customer enquiries, processing orders and ensuring that the products are despatched and delivered on time.
The role involves:
- Answering the telephone
- Liaising with customers online and on the phone
- Processing online orders
- Picking and packing goods
- Sending items by courier
- Updating the database and other adhoc duties
My client are looking for someone who can manage a busy and diverse role, you will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently to despatch the correct products to the customers on time. You will enjoy having a varied role which is focused on delivering a high level of customer service. The role will involve working in the office and the warehouse as you will firstly process the orders and then pick and pack the items ready to be despatched.
The ideal hours are 9.30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. The salary advertised is the full time salary and would be pro rata for the part time hours. Your own transport is required for this role and free parking is provided. My client offer 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays, however there could be an option for some additional unpaid leave during certain times of the year for the right person.
