Data Entry / Administrator – Andover – 17K to 20K (DOE)

My client, based in a rural setting within easy commuting distance of Winchester, Andover and Basingstoke are recruiting for a Data Entry / Administrator to support various departments within the office. As Data Entry / Administrator you will be entering information to support the sales and purchasing teams, this will include prices and stock quantities for quotes, completing sales orders and uploading information on to the database.

You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in an efficient and methodical approach. The role will also include answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries and taking messages. You will also help with any other day to day administrative duties.

This is an opportunity to join a successful small to medium business, you will be flexible and adaptable to assist different members of the team in a proactive and positive manner. The role requires a confident knowledge of using Word and Excel and a strong level of numeracy. Training on the databases will be provided.

The hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. My client offers parking and 28 days holiday, including bank holidays. You will need your own transport.
