My client based in Andover are looking for someone to join their Client Administration team and to be a point of contact on the telephone and on email for their client enquiries. You will be used to managing and prioritising a busy workload, this is a varied role and the duties include answering the telephone, responding to emails, diary management and arranging appointments, opening the post, ordering office supplies and also meeting and greeting clients in the office.
As a key point of contact for the company’s clients, you will enjoy liaising with a wide range of people and dealing with a variety of enquiries. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are key to make this role a success. You will take pride in working hard and in return the company offer a forward thinking and progressive environment to work in.
The company are based on the outskirts of Andover and free parking is available.
