My client are based in a rural location on the outskirts of Winchester and they are looking for an Administrator to join the team in a unique role.
This Administration role involves being a key point of contact for customers to sort out their enquiries and orders. You will be liaising on the telephone, face to face and on email. The successful person will enjoy solving problems, being proactive and ensuring that every order is completed. You will enjoy managing a busy workload and working to deadlines.
This Administrator role would suit someone who enjoys being in a varied role where you will be preparing quotes, organising stock and liaising with customers to keep them updated. There is a combination of telephone, face to face and online work and the role would suit someone who likes to take ownership of a task until it is completed. You will be working in a friendly and supportive environment where delivering excellent levels of customer service is a priority.
You will need your own transport, due to the rural location.
