Our client in Ringwood is looking for an excellent Office Manager / Administrator to look after all of the administration for this busy and successful office. You will enjoy being a key point of contact and dealing with a lot of varied tasks. The Office Manager will answer the telephone, liaise with clients and customers and deal with any queries. You will look after the diary for the office and the Managing Director, including booking appointments and visits for the team.
The Office Manager will also look after the marketing for the business, including reviewing the websites, updating social media and LinkedIn. You will be self-motivated and resourceful to enjoy dealing with a variety of duties and being the administrative support for the office. There will also be an element of booking shows and exhibitions, including arranging hotels, transport and managing the costs involved.
Our client requires proven office administration experience, ideally in a similar role where you have had to manage a broad and varied workload. You will have excellent communication skills and a proactive and positive approach.
