My client are recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to support a busy sales team. You will be the first point of enquiry for all of the sales and customer requests via email and telephone.
This Administrator role involves:
- Being a first point of contact for any enquiries for the team via email and the telephone
- Assisting with diary management involving organising meetings, travel, accommodation, zoom calls and team catch ups
- Liaising with clients and customers to highlight quote details and options
- Administering company and team expenses and tracking costs
- Ad hoc administrative support to the team
This is a varied and involving Administrator role and my client are looking for similar experience in a sales support administrative position where you will have acquired excellent time management and confident communication skills. As a key point of contact within the team, my client is looking for someone who enjoys liaising with both internal and external contacts and who can develop strong working relationships. A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint are required for the role as you will be supporting the team with a range of documentation. Training will be provided on their in-house database, however any previous CRM or database experience would be an advantage. Based in a rural location, you will need your own transport.
