Highly successful SME are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to process their e-commerce customer orders.
The Sales Administrator role will be liaising with customers, the warehouse and suppliers on a daily basis. You will be involved with the following:
- Processing customer orders
- Sales administration in relation to the products and delivery times
- Answering queries to confirm delivery dates, stock availability and tracking numbers
- Liaising with the warehouse and suppliers
- Updating stock availability
- Answering phone calls and emails
My client are looking for a sales administrator who has excellent organisational skills and who can prioritise their workload to ensure that the orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
You will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills to liaise with a variety of internal and external contacts.
My client are looking for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team and who can be flexible and willing to help out to ensure that the customers receive the best levels of customer service.
The hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The company also offer 20 days holiday (increasing with service) plus 8 bank holidays, a pension scheme, staff discount and free onsite parking.
Your own transport is essential for this role as my client are based in a rural location, free onsite parking is provided.
