Personal Assistant – Part Time – Winchester – £24K – £30K Pro rata (DOE)

My client are recruiting for an extremely varied and multi-faceted part time PA role. Based in a rural location North of Winchester, my client require a highly organised Personal Assistant who can turn their hand to anything, you will enjoy juggling a lot of different responsibilities and priorities.

Your ability to forward plan and prepare for all eventualities is key to the success of this role.

Working from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, this part time PA role will involve complex diary management including organising travel and detailed itineraries. You will have daily communication with the household, office and service providers.

Based in an office, you will be keeping a close eye on the daily schedule, checking all is in order and correcting or rearranging plans when necessary. You will be forward planning for diary and travel arrangements with contingency plans in place.

As a key point of contact for business and personal events, you will enjoy communicating with a lot of different people and organising a busy calendar.

There is scope to include book-keeping responsibilities within the role, you will be processing expenses and invoices, so good numeracy skills are required. The position also involves booking personal appointments.

As a highly organised PA with proven experience in a multi-faceted role, you will enjoy being a key point of contact and ensuring that the Directors’ business and personal lives run as smoothly as possible. You will be willing to deal with occasional requests out of hours, potentially organising a change in travel itinerary or diary appointment.

As a proactive PA who is able to anticipate and prepare for all eventualities, you will enjoy a varied and ever changing role. You will be happy to work independently, however you will be communicating extensively with a wide variety of people each day.

The role requires excellent IT skills, including Outlook for diary management, Excel for accounts and Word for both personal and business correspondence. Photoshop would be an advantage, however this is not essential for the role.

Your own transport is required for this position due to the rural location.
