Do you have excellent customer service experience dealing with Amazon and / or eBay with online customers?
Do you enjoy liaising with customers and ensuring that the customer journey is a positive experience? As Customer Service Manager you will be supervising a small team and also taking responsibility for answering the telephone, replying to customers and dealing with their enquiries, speaking to customers to offer alternative products or replacements as well as processing refunds.
This is an involving and varied role where you will also oversee the warehouse and ensure that the orders are being sent out daily and in line with the delivery deadlines.
This Customer Service Manager role will lead by example and work closely with the team to ensure that the departments are running smoothly. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise an ever changing workload.
You will have knowledge of Amazon / eBay and strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills. You will be trained on their stock management system and database, however any previous experience of stock systems would be an advantage. As a proactive and motivational manager you will have the opportunity to join a small successful team and be part of their plans for growth and expansion.
