E-Commerce Customer Service – Amazon / eBay – Wimborne – £16-18K (DOE)

My client are looking for an excellent E-Commerce Customer Service person to join their busy team. You will have proven knowledge of Amazon and eBay, including processing customers orders, liaising with customers on the telephone and organising returns.

The role involves managing the day to day operations of their Amazon /eBay store including setting up and managing product listings, helping the warehouse to process the orders and get them out on time, answering the telephone, dealing with customer enquiries, calling customers to offer replacements and processing refunds.

This E-Commerce Customer Service role is an exciting and rewarding position, you will join a forward thinking, fun and innovative team. My client are looking for someone who is ambitious and keen to drive this side of the business forwards.

The company will provide training on the stock management system, you will also use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

My client is looking for someone ambitious and self-motivated to join a successful business and be a key part of the team. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload.

My client offers free parking, their office hours are Monday to Friday, with overtime available at weekends in their busy season.
