Our client near Ringwood are recruiting for a unique and involving role where you can be responsible for the administration and the marketing / advertising activities for 3 companies. The role is varied and requires someone self motivated, inquisitive and proactive.
The successful Office / Marketing Administrator will need to have excellent administration skills and attention to detail. The role is equally split with administrative and marketing duties, so a highly organised and proactive approach is essential. You will be resourceful and confident to work in an office as part of a team and also on your own.
The administrative duties include answering the telephone, managing email enquiries, responding to customers quickly and efficiently and arranging appointments and quotes. You will need to liaise both internally and externally to ensure that every customer enquiry is dealt with promptly and accurately. The role also involves managing the office diary and liaising with the Managing Director and the team. The marketing responsibilities include updating the website, researching and booking exhibitions, managing marketing costs and analysing results. The role will also involve looking after the social media for the businesses too.
This varied and involving role requires strong administration experience with an eye for detail and an understanding or proven skills in marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
You will need your own transport and the company provide parking, the hours are 9am to 5pm, the company offer 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
