Receptionist / Office Administrator – Basingstoke – £17k to £20k (DOE)

Our client in central Basingstoke are looking for an excellent Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for the company. This is a varied and interesting role as you will be the key person to answer the telephone, meet and greet visitors and clients to the office, set up the meeting rooms and support the company with a lot of different administration.

This is a new role due to the success and expansion of this creative company and it is a position you can really make your own. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and great organisational skills to keep on top of a busy workload. This administrative role requires someone who is proactive, positive and flexible to support the business on a day to day basis.

Excellent attention to detail and strong MS Office skills as well as the ability to liaise at all levels and think on your feet. This role is being recruited on a temporary to permanent basis, so please do send your CV asap. The company are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
