Do you enjoy supporting a busy professional team who need your assistance with documents, communication materials, resolving IT issues as well as a range of administrative support? You will be a key point of contact for internal staff and their teams and you will organise and attend meetings, as well as administer the documentation and take minutes.
This role requires strong administrative experience and excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will also have updated the intranet or other internal packages. You will have experience of writing content for documents or the intranet and have compiled written materials as part of an administrative role already.
This team require someone who is proactive, highly organised and who can liaise at all levels.
